Billing and credits

• Paid plans and top-ups are billed through our payment provider.
• Credits are consumed based on product usage rules shown in the app.
• Subscription features, billing cycles, and top-up purchases may change over time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use LightningMeme to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Upload or generate abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• Use the platform in a way that violates third-party provider terms.

Generated content

You are responsible for the prompts, links, and content you submit, and for how you use the outputs generated through the service. Because AI-generated results may be imperfect, you should review outputs before publishing or relying on them.

Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LightningMeme is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms or poses risk to the platform, other users, or third-party services.
